Aquarium Sealant
Aquarium Sealant is a high-quality fish tank adhesives. You can correct small problems before they become major issues. Silicone is a very popular aquarium adhesive, as it is non-toxic and sticks well to glass, perfect for attaching fish tank dividers. However, be sure the silicone you buy is aquarium-safe, as some silicone sealants for home repairs include fungicides or antibacterial ingredients that help fight mildew, bacteria and molds, but can also be highly toxic to fish. The advantages to 100% pure aquarium silicone sealant is that it is easy to apply, flexible even when dry, and does not crack or shrink. While it does take about a week to fully cure, once cured it creates a waterproof seal that prevents and stops leaks. Note that it must remain dry to cure properly, so is not intended for use inside the tank while it holds water. Fully drain your tank before using silicone to repair leaks on the inside. You may also want to consider re-sealing an old fish tank before installing a new setup.
